Delivery Policy

All orders made on our website will usually be sent within the same working day upon receiving payment, if paid before 15:00 GMT (excluding and Holidays).

Shipping costs:

To the UK: Items will be dispatched via the Royal Mail, using First Class postage, or via Evri (previously known as MyHermes) for larger items.

To Worldwide: Items will be dispatched via the Global Shipping Programme. Prices may vary depending on destination country.

All postage payments are paid either by Sewcraft or by the customer, as stated in each individual product description.

Delivery time:

Estimated delivery to the UK will be between 1-2 days.

Estimated delivery to Worldwide may differ depending on destination country.

Cancellations

All cancellations of orders must be made before 3pm of the same day of purchase, to prevent the delivery of the order. A refund of the cancellation will be made within 2 days from cancellation.

Returns and Refunds

Any items to be returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return postage costs must be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent in error, in which case, postage will be paid by Sewcraft.

Any refunds for the return will not be sent to the customer until the item has been received by Sewcraft.
